Confronting the risks of ENTREPENEURSHIP
8 out of 10 Black-owned businesses are likely to fail in the first 18 months. Lack of planning, execution, experience, funding and resources present barriers to success. According to Harvard Research Black Women's entrepreneurship increased by 50% as of 2019. Black women are responsible for 17% of executive leadership. Despite all of these accomplishments, Black Women only receive 2% of start-up capital. Without support and capital, the road to success is challenging at a minimum.
It is our goal to remove the barriers by providing roadmaps, support, and financial prep to achieve the needed visibility and support necessary to reach the highest goal. ​
